Rachael Lucille Fowler 53 of Huntington, WV passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born February 16, 1968, in Huntington, WV the daughter of the late, John Quincey and Montella Hope Tate Fowler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sally Hanif and brothers, Richard Hudson Dotson and Arthur Lee Tate She is survived by her siblings, Darlene M. Adams of East Lynn, WV; Nancy Marie Cunningham of Santa Barbara, CA; Charlotte (Jerry) Leadmon of Huntington, WV; Ellen Christine Sowers of Chapmanville, WV; Martha Jane (Gary) Mead of Deltona, Fl. And John Dotson of Huntington. In lieu of flowers those who wish may make memorial contributions to Huntington Cabell Wayne Animal Shelter. Services will be private for the family.
