To the entire Bunch Family I am so sorry to hear of the death of David. He was always such a dear and kind soul. His laugh was contagious and he always had a smile and a hug for anyone who needed a smile or hug on that particular day. Take comfort in all of your happy memories and take care of each other. Your family will remain in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Joyce and Jennifer:
I am so sorry to hear of David's passing. Although we didn't see you all much after we grew up, I remember fondly the time we spent with him. He was such a positive force and had a wonderful sense of humor. My thoughts are with you and the rest of the family as you mourn his loss.
Love,
Jake Bunch

To the entire Bunch Family,

I will never forget the first time I met David. It was a Halloween Party many, may years ago. What a fun way to meet a great guy. I know he will be greatly missed. My prayer is that you look to your faith for love and comfort from the Lord, he will see you through.

So sorry to hear of David's passing. I will always remember him playing in the yard with all of the kids one Easter weekend at Pauline & Leland's house. His laugh was infectious! We are praying for peace and comfort as you take this journey.

Joyce, Alex and Jenny, I am so saddened to hear of David's passing. He was a great family friend for so long back, I can't even remember when it started. I do remember an early memory that he was the first, and perhaps the only person, to ever call my sister "Minnie Mouse". It always cracked me up! My best, and most endearing memory of David, however, is from the spring of 1980. I can still picture he and my Dad outside talking with one another. He was offering me, a brand new mother, a job, apparently asking my Dad's permission first (lol). It was a dream job where I would be able to take my newborn to work with me. It was somewhat of an isolating time in my life, and his act of kindness at that time was overwhelming. It still is today. We even had a 'nursery' at the office. Those days with Ed, Whitey, David and Denice are some of my most cherished memories. Poor David, I could barely type a real estate contract! In my defense, those days they were multi colored carbon copies, so errors were just not worth it! And he had to entertain a baby while I worked (I don't think he minded;), he did love kids...he was a big kid himself! We also published the monthly TNPC from our office, and planned some fun beach trips for some of my favorite heroes! Funny thing though, David used to bring the chocolate for his wonderful desserts for those beach trips to the office, as it wasn't "safe" at home...guys, it wasn't safe at the office either!! My last memory of David and Joyce was when Dad passed away. Your kindness and generosity was not unnoticed. It was great to see you both, and had I known it would be the last time I would see David, I would have found a way to prolong the visit. There is no doubt in my mind, Dad has picked up that visit. I'm sure those two are probably somewhere in "Big Kahuna" costume getting ready for Halloween! I know I've rambled some, and I pray Mrs. Brown doesn't critique my grammar skills, but I did want to share some of my memories of a great person in my life. Sometimes we know what 'Mom' or 'Dad' were to us, but we don't always know the impact they have had on others. I want you to know my daughter Denice, and I, and all the Pappas family were impacted in such a good way from the friendship of the David Bunch family...you will always be in our hearts, our thoughts and our prayers. My love to you All...Missi

It is with great sadness that I write this note to the family. I was very fortunate to have David for my broker for 20+ years and he was a very dear friend to our family as you know. He will always be remembered by all who knew him.

Dear Joyce,
I have kept up with David's struggle through Sherry. Poor fellow. What a shame! I can't stop thinking about him and his upbeat personality. Always smiling and full of fun. I feel terrible for you and all that you are going through. Please know that you are on my mind and in my heart. So very sorry! Luv....Sandy Wells
