Virginia Marian Pyle

Virginia Marian Pyle, 81, of Charleston, WV, passed away Sunday, July 20, 2008 in Tender Heart Home Care, South Charleston.  Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at Beverly Hills Presbyterian church with the Rev. Cinda Harkless officiating.  Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park.  She was born December 31, 1926 in Gap Mills, WV, a daughter of the late Caperton and Fanny Rowan.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Howard Pyle and one brother, Edwin Rowan.  Mrs. Pyle was active in Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church.  She also volunteered at Cabell-Huntington Hospital and was a member of Beverly Hills Woman's Club.  She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Edward Hindman of Charleston; granddaughters, Rebecca, Addie, Amanda and Destiny Hindman, all of Charleston; great grandsons, Jonathan Taylor II and Timothy Watts III of Charleston; sister, Frances Keenan of Huntington; brother, William Rowan of St. Albans and several nieces and nephews.  Friends may call from 10:30 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church.  Beard Mortuary, Huntington is in charge of arrangements.  Memorial donations may be made to Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church.
