Virginia Lea "Jenny" Mccomas

Virginia Lea "Jenny" McComas, 82 of Huntington, WV passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Friday at noon at Beard Mortuary with Pastor Steve Hamrick and Rev. Keith Leap officiating. Entombment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born June 14, 1933 in Ramage, WV the daughter of the late Emil and Pauline Davis Parker. She was retired from B.A.S.F. and was a member of Community of Grace United Methodist Church.  She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Carl F. McComas and Ruth of Huntington; a daughter, Eva Pauline McComas of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren, Sarah (Brian) McGill of Roswell, GA; Patrick McComas of Huntington and Christopher (Jessi) McComas of Lakewood Ranch, FL; great grandchildren, Kaitlin and Emily McGill; a sister, Evelyn Cartte of North Chesterfield, VA and a brother and sister-in-law, Frank and June Parker of Georgetown, SC.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Community of Grace United Methodist Church or to the American Heart Association. The family will receive friends after 10:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
