Tempa Morris

Tempa Kitchen Morris, 95, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2010 in Montgomery, AL, formerly of Huntington, W. V.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles H. Morris, her parents, Wilford and Samantha Kitchen; three sisters, and four brothers.  She is survived by two daughters, Marlene Dillon (Jimmy) of Montgomery, AL and Phyllis Welch (Tom) of Tallahassee, FL; two granddaughters, Vicki W. Alvis (Joel) of Atlanta, GA; Heather W. Sawyer (Jason) of Atlanta, GA; two great-grandsons, Jody Alvis and Mark Alvis of Atlanta, GA; one brother, Clovis Kitchen of Huntington Beach, CA and several nieces and nephews.  She was a member of Eastern Hills Baptist Church, Montgomery, AL.  A memorial service will be held at the Mausoleum at Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington at 1 P.M.  Wednesday, March 17, 2010. Visitation will be one hour prior to services.
