Sybil Gilmer Allin

Sybil Gilmer Allin, 91, of Huntington, WV, died Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at Wyngate Senior Living.  Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 14, 2007 at Beard Mortuary, Huntington with the Rev. Cinda Harkless officiating.  Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.  Sybil was married for 65 years to Tom Allin who preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Nancy Allin.  She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Glen and Scottie Allin of Huntington; three grandchildren, Terri Taylor and her family, Jimmy and Noah Taylor of Houston, TX, Stephanie Adkins and her family, Donald, Sarah and Nick Adkins of Huntington and Cheryl Funderburk and her son, Joseph Funderburk of Huntington; a great grandson, Clayton Blankenship of Austin, TX; one sister, Ann Walters of Dayton, OH; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends may call from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary.
