Sharon Beth (Lewis) Brooks

Sharon Beth Brooks, 84 of Chesapeake, OH, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025 in Huntington. She was born April 17, 1940 in Huntington to the late James Evan and Mary Elizabeth Lewis.

Sharon enjoyed spending time with her family at home. This was also where she loved working on her flowers out in the yard and looking at the view of the river.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Evan Lee Lewis. Sharon is survived by her husband, Robert M. Brooks of Chesapeake; children, Sean (Kim) Brooks of Hilliard, OH, Mark E. (Susan) Brooks of Huntington, Misty (Charlie) Brooks Jarman of Evergreen, NC and Martin Stacy Brooks of South Point, OH; 8 grandchildren, Alexandra Jarman, Justin Brooks, Alyssa Thetford, Noah Jarman, Marisa Brooks, Matthew Brooks, Michael Brooks and Olivia Brooks; 2 great grandchildren, Genevieve Thetford and Evander Thetford as well as her sister, Nancy Lamb of Huntington.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 1 PM at Beard Mortuary. The family will greet friends beforehand from 12 Noon to 1 PM. Inurnment will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park. Please leave an online condolence for Sharon's family on her tribute wall.
