Selia Isabelle Brammer

SELIA ISABELLE BRAMMER, 89, widow of Donald Brammer, formerly of Chesapeake, OH passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 in Gallipolis, OH. She was born on April 26, 1926 in Braeholm, WV, a daughter of the late Jay Marshall and Georgia (Muncy) Perry. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a son, Greg Brammer and three brothers. She is survived by her daughters, Connie (Dwight) Pennington of Calera, AL, Mindy (Steve) Corn of Indian Trail, NC, and Missy (Dan) Bowman of Gallipolis, OH; a sister, Margaret Curtis of South Point, OH; grandchildren, Kendra Pennington, Kris Summers, Josh Pennington, Ben Bowman, Erin Buckley and Brett Bowman; four great-grandchildren; two brother and sisters in law, James (Maxine) Brammer and Dana (Jean) Brammer; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Brammer was a member of Grace Gospel Church in Huntington, WV. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, October 4, 2015 at Beard Mortuary, Huntington, WV at 3:00 PM with Pastor Keith Wiebe officiating.
