Sandra Kay "Sandy" Roberts

Sandra Kay "Sandy" Roberts, 73, of Huntington, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Born August 15, 1943 in Huntington, she was a daughter of the late Walter Farren and Irene Adkins Farren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bish Roberts and her son, Scotty Roberts. Sandy was a loving, kind-hearted lady who was always there for her friends and family. She loved animals and spending time with Hailey, who was her world. Sandy is survived by her siblings, Terry Farren and Connie (Carlos) Rowe; grandchildren, Hailey Gardner and Sandra Frueh; niece and nephew, Vicky Lynn Farren-Fitzpatrick and Terry (Tara) Farren Jr.; great-niece, Taylor Farren; the three she raised as her own, Derek, Dessa, Rusty, and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, September 23, 2016 at Beard Mortuary, Huntington. The family will welcome friends one hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington.
