Rita Olene Haun

RITA OLENE O'BRYANT HAUN, 83, of Huntington, wife of Daniel Haun, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2010 at her residence. She was born on May 7, 1927 in Maben, MS, a daughter to the late James and Emma Jolly O'Bryant. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sons, Wayne Nelson Haun and James Robert Haun; and ten siblings. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons, John T. (Rosemary) Haun of North Tazewell, VA and Randolph F. (Deborah) Haun of Cincinnati, OH; one brother, Marvin O'Bryant of Theodore, AL; one sister, Bonnie Hyde of Theodore, AL; twenty five grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Beard Mortuary with Pastor Lovus Brewer officiating. Entombment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Friends may call at the mortuary from 12 noon until time of the service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Unity Freewill Baptist Church Building Fund at 1300 Monroe Ave., Huntington, WV 25704.
