Reba Allene Love

Reba Allene Love, 85, of Huntington, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, September 18, 2009 at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation.  Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM, Monday, September 21, 2009 at Beard Mortuary with Jay Love officiating.  Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery.  She was born October 30, 1923 in Culloden, WV, a daughter of the late Charlie and Willie Clark.  Reba was also preceded in death by her husband, Harley Love; a son, Glenn Love; three brothers, Eugene, Donald, and Charles Clark; one sister, Alberta "Bertie" Hazlehurst.  She was a homemaker and a former member of Twentieth Street Baptist Church.  She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Ellen Love of Huntington; daughter and son-in-law, Margaret and Bob Johnson of South Point, OH; daughter-in-law, Della Love Adkins and husband, Jim of Huntington; eleven grandchildren, Dave and Scott Love, Robin and Steve Spurlock, Rhonda and John Wyrick, Glenna and Bill Hawley, Tina and Marcel Layne, Jeff and Sarah Johnson, Bertha and Jim Allen, Debra and David Boxley, and Robert Johnson;  23 great grandchildren; 17 great great grandchildren.  Visitation will be from noon until 2 PM on Monday, September 21, 2009 at Beard Mortuary.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.beardmortuary.com.
