Raymond Wesley "Ray" Perkins, 68, of Kenova, passed away on June 26, 2018 at his residence. Born on October 12, 1949 in Huntington, he was a proud U.S. Army veteran who served during the Vietnam War. He was a member of American Legion Post #93 and Amvets in Kenova. Ray was also a member of the ASPCA. He will be missed by numerous friends and relatives. Per his wishes, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Beard Mortuary to assist with arrangements.
