Ralph Clinton Adams

Ralph C. Adams, 84, of Huntington, WV passed away on Friday, April 10, 2009. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen, and one son, Ralph Adams Jr. He is survived by one very special friend; Donna Glover of Huntington, one grandson; Matthew Adams of Alaska, one granddaughter; Cara Adams of Huntington, one sister; Geraldine (Johnnie) Huxham of Indiana, two brothers; Don Adams and his wife Evelyn of Florida and Charles Adams and his wife Rosalie of Texas, one cousin; Charlene Anderson and her husband Sam of Huntington, and one lifelong friend; Harry Fisher of Huntington. Mr. Adams was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, the American Legion Post 16, the VFW Post 1064, the Elks Club, and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 at 11:00 am at St. John's Episcopal Church in Huntington with the Rev. Karen F. Humbert officiating. Burial will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church's Tyler Hall. Beard Mortuary is assisting the family.
