Patricia Ann Mills

Patricia Ann Parsons-Mills, 52 of Huntington, WV, passed away Wednesday August 12, 2009 at St. Mary's Medical Center. A memorial service will be held on Saturday August 15, 2009 at 10:00 AM at Beard Mortuary with Monsignor Lawrence Luciana officiating.  She was born September 18, 1956 in Huntington, WV at the C&O Hospital the daughter of the late Herbert Odell Parsons Jr. and Janet Frampton Parsons. She was employed by the West Virginia Lottery and the West Virginia State Alcohol Beverage Control Commission with a total of 32 years of service. Patty was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Collis P. Huntington National Historical Railway Society, a life member of the Eastern Kentucky Historical Railway Society, C&O Historical Society a certified Operator Lifesaver presenter and several other professional organizations.  She is survived by her husband, Donald L. Mills Jr.; her God children, Andrew Carl Sparkman of Annapolis, MD and Michael Henry of Brooklyn Park, MN; three brothers, Herbert Odell Parsons, III, Robert Dale Parsons and David Allen Parsons all of Huntington and several nieces and nephews.
