Nancy Jo Bunn

Nancy Jo Bunn, 72, of Huntington, passed away Sunday, September 28, 2008 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House.  Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM, Thursday, October 2, 2008 at Fifth Avenue Baptist Church Chapel with Dr. Allen Reasons officiating.  Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville.  Mark Qualls, Vance Bunn, Adam Criddle, Brett Criddle, Jason Bunn and Marc Subik will serve as pallbearers.  She was born December 23, 1935 in Hinton, WV a daughter of the late Adam and Pauline Bragg Criddle.  She was retired from the business office of St. Mary's Hospital.  She was a member of the West Virginia University Alumni Association and a member of the Rebekah Lodge #39.  She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Gary Bunn; one daughter, LeAnn Bunn Hewitt and her husband, John of Ona; brother, Homer Criddle of Malabar, FL; two grandchildren, Jacob and Grace Hewitt; Aunt Francis Lanham of Scott Depot, and special family members, Lakie Bunn, Peggy Kelley, and Joy Qualls; and a host of family and friends.  A special thanks to her long term caregivers.  The family requests donations be made to Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House or to the WVU Foundation.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at Beard Mortuary.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.beardmortuary.com.
