Mildred Vernice Walker, 91 Of Huntington, WV, Our Beautiful Mother Dear, passed away on January 17, 2018. Vernice was born December 8, 1926 in English, WV the daughter of the late William and Maragret Henson. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Debbie Nikolaus, sister Ruby Dillon, brother William "Bill" Henson and a son-in-law, Jim Kiser. Vernice is survived by her sister, Virginia and husband Bill Fuetz of Albuquerque, NM; her children, Michael Walker of Huntington, WV; Mitchell and wife La-lad Walker of Thailand; Cynthia Kiser of Conyers, GA; and Donna and husband Jim Waters, Scott Depot, WV; a son-in-law, Larry Nikolaus and his mother Betty of Huntington, WV, six grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren and two nieces and two nephews. Vernice was retired from St. Mary's Hospital where she worked as an LP nurse. She was very artistic, liked reading mysteries and obituaries, going on walks, and watching Wheel & Jeopardy with her son Mike. We love you always.
