Mildred Mcsweeney

Mildred M. McSweeney, 89, of Huntington, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, December 22, 2007 in Hospice House of Huntington.  Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 27, 2007 at Beard Mortuary with Rev. Earl Booth officiating.  Burial will follow in Crook Chapel Cemetery, Huntington.  She was born October 26, 1918 in Cabell Co., WV a daughter of the late James D. and Mary Jane Holley Esque.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paris McSweeney.  She was Christian by faith.  She is survived by one daughter, Eva Jane and Gorman Adkins of Huntington; two sons, Johnnie and Bonita McSweeney of Wayne and Paris and Diana McSweeney of Harmony, NC; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at the mortuary.
