MICHAEL CLINTON RHODES, 60 of Huntington, WV passed away Thursday March 20, 2014 at Emogene Dolin Hospice House. Funeral services will be held Monday at Beard Mortuary at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Roger Perry officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. He was born December 11, 1953 in Huntington, WV the son of the late Margaret Irene and Morris Clinton Rhodes. He was a Navy Veteran having served in the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife Pamela Porter Rhodes; three daughters, Heather Rhodes Staley and husband, J.R. Staley of Glenwood, WV; Tamara Sue Rhodes of Huntington;  and Sarah Beth Rhodes Adams and husband, Brandon Michael Adams of East Lynn, WV; granddaughters, Hannah Grace Staley, McKenzie Faith Adams, Paislea Elizabeth Adams and Madilynn Leann Adams; sisters, Karen ( Zack) Bernhardt, Rosalinda Sheils and Angela Rhodes; sisters-in-law, Cinda  Porter (Gary) Lucas, Ann Kenyon (Jerry Lee) Preston; a brother-in-law, Craig Porter; Nephew, Gerald (Angie) Elder; niece, Melissa James; a special longtime friend, Nancy Holley and family friend, Amanda Irby. The family will receive friends on Monday after 11:30 a.m. until service time.
