Mary Jane (Shields) Miller

Mary Jane Miller, 88 of Huntington, went home to be with the Lord March 22, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Miller. She is survived by one loving daughter, Roma Kay (James) Delawder of Fortson, GA; one son, Lawrence Michael (Dina) Miller of Huntington; honorary son, Tommy Lee Hatten of Huntington; granddaughter, Melissa Tyree; great granddaughter, Quinell Jones; as well as nieces and nephews, Richard and Martha Miller and family.

Mary Jane attended the Beverly Hills Church of Christ. She was a former daycare teacher at Fifth Avenue Baptist Church in Huntington. She also had a booth at the Chesapeake Flea Market.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 1 PM, with Visitation from 12 to 1 PM, both at Beverly Hills Church of Christ. Burial will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park. Dearl Hutchison, the minister of Beverly Hills Church of Christ will be officiating. Please leave an online condolence for the family on her tribute wall.
