Mary Louise Munyan

MARY L. MUNYAN, 89 years old of Glenwood, W.Va., died Thursday, January 15, 2015, at St. Mary's Hospital, E.R. She was born August 4, 1925, in Glenwood, WV, a daughter of the late Brady and Sarah Bowman Hughes In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Everett Munyan, two sons-in-law, Coa Jeffers and Dolas Jeffers, three brothers, three sisters, a special sister-in-law, Winnie Hughes. She was a homemaker and was a member of the Glenwood Church of Christ. She is survived by three daughters, Linda Munyan, Peggy Jeffers and Sally Jeffers. Additional survivors include one beloved brother, Vernard Hughes of Melrose, FL.; and special sister-in-law, Patricia "Kiddo" Smith of New Lexington, OH; special and loved nieces and nephews; and many friends, especially Ernie and Nancy Bowser, Vod and Kay McComas, Karen Bowman, Geri Chapman and Darla Sturgeon. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 19, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Beard Mortuary, Huntington, with Mr. Ernie Bowser officiating. Burial will follow at Apple Grove (WV) Memorial Gardens.
