Marie C. Wallace

Marie C. Davis Wallace, of Huntington, passed away Monday, September 3, 2007 at her residence.  Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 6, 2007 at Beard Mortuary with Dr. Rebecca Davis officiating.  Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens, Huntington.  She was born in Salt Rock, WV a daughter of the late Boyd and Disa Kirk Harless.  She was also preceded in death by the father of her children, Eugene Davis; grandson, Jeffrey Davis; two brothers, Talmage and Howard Harless.  Marie worked at Sears and was the owner of Merle Norman and Marie's Fashion's in Huntington.  She is survived by her husband, M. Ted Wallace; son, Dale Davis of Huntington; daughter, Connie and Richard Jeffrey of Parkersburg; sister, Belva Walls of Proctorville, OH; four grandchildren, Rebecca Davis of Charlotte, NC, Richard and Kim Jeffrey of Proctorville, OH, Jason and Julie Jeffrey of Parkersburg, and Barton and Sonia Jeffrey of Parkersburg; twelve great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be Wednesday, September 5, 2007 from 6 to 8 PM at Beard Mortuary.
