Margaret Ann Scarberry

Margaret Ann Scarberry, 73, of Miller, OH, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2009 in St. Mary's Medical Center.  Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 19, 2009 at Thomas Memorial Freewill Baptist Church, Guyandotte with Pastor Gordon Simpson officiating.  Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington.  She was born December 8, 1935 in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Donald and Naomi C. Smith Shockley.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Randall Scarberry; one son, Paul Scarberry; and one brother, Donald Lee Shockley.  She is survived by one son, Randy (Luann) Scarberry, Jr. of Miller, OH; one daughter, Ruth (Danny) Nance of Crown City, OH; four grandchildren, Melissa (Brandon) Jeffrey, Josh Scarberry, Vanessa (Ryan) White and Brittany Nance; three great grandchildren, Michael Jeffrey, Bayley White and Ayden White; two brothers, Earl Shockley and David Shockley; and three sisters, Alice Christian, Juanita Raines and Fay Hysell.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at Beard Mortuary, Huntington.  Online condolences may be sent at www.beardmortuary.com
