LYDIA MAE GREEN BOOTH, 97, of Huntington, passed away on Thursday, December 24, 2015, and is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was born December 1, 1918, in Shady Spring, W.Va., a daughter of the late Lewis and India Green.   Lydia loved the Lord and was a charter member of Church in the Valley, Milton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Arnold Walter Booth; sister, Vera Edgell and brothers, Roy Green, Vernon Green, Bently Green and Lonnie Green. Lydia is survived by her daughter, Jennifer (Paul) Cook of Huntington; sons, M.D. Booth (Claudia) of Sellersburg, Ind., and Roger Booth (Dianna) of Indianapolis, Ind.. Also surviving are her seven grandchildren, Michael D. Booth Jr., Adam Booth, Lindsay Booth, Travis (Stephanie) Booth, Jessica (James) Cutlip, Megan (Drew) Hetzer, and Matthew Cook. Her surviving three great-grandchildren are Andrew Matteson Jr., Samuel Cutlip, and Felicity Cutlip. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at 1:00 P.M. at Beard Mortuary, Huntington, with Dr. Stan Maynard, officiating. Visitation will be observed one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow at Ridgelawn Memorial Park, Huntington.
