Lettie Juanita Williams

August 21, 1941 — February 12, 2015

LETTIE JUANITA WILLIAMS, 73, of Huntington, went to be with her Lord February 12, 2015. She was born August 21, 1941 in Cabin Creek, WV, a daughter of the late Enoch and Helen Brown Hodge. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, David Williams; a daughter, Melissa MacArthur; two sisters, Pearl Hodge and Alice Hodge; and two brothers, Eli Hodge and Daniel Hodge.  She is survived by a son and a daughter, Willie Williams (Christina) of Guyandotte, and Julie McGill (Sonny) of Huntington; sisters, Pearl (Charles) Hodge and Alice (Vesper) Hodge; brothers, Eli (Marie) Hodge and Daniel (Gertie) Hodge; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; special niece, Linda (Joseph "Frog") Williams; a sister, Mary Moore; and a special granddaughters, Heather and April. Juanita was retired from Best Reality where she worked as a Realtor. Juanita was a 42 year member of the Jefferson Avenue Church of God, and loved both our Lord and her church family. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 2:00 PM  at Beard Mortuary, Huntington, with Reverends Paul Ray Farley and Greg Tomlinson officiating. Burial will follow at Workman Creek Cemetery in Raleigh County, WV. The family will receive friends on Monday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
