Lena "Michelle" Misner

Lena "Michelle" Misner, 53 or Huntington, WV, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 at Cabell-Huntington Hospital. She was born February 22, 1971 in Huntington to the late Gary Rewel Misner and Linda Lou Sergent.

Michelle was a homemaker and enjoyed being outside with her Nala and all the time she could with her family and friends. Her second bout with cancer was swift and her passing was quick and peaceful.

In addition to her parents, Michelle was preceded in death by her brother, Andy Tackett and nephew, Devon Slone. She is survived by her longtime partner, Sammy Lee Frazier, Jr.; daughter, Amanda (Nicolaos) King of Huntington; son, Kenneth Frazier of Huntington; brothers, Kenny (Kristie Dunfee) Sergent, Michael (Cindy) Sergent, Burt Sergent and Bobby Sergent, all of Huntington; sisters, Sherry (David) Slone of Cincinnati, OH and Debbie (Micki Woods) Frazier of Huntington; two granddaughters, Jaylynn and Jaimie; two grandsons, Jolliff and John and many nieces and nephews, along with great nieces and nephews.

She wasn't perfect, but she was perfectly imperfect. Here's to Michelle, may we all find the joy in small moments, let fun guide our way, and love as purely and openly as our hearts will allow.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024 from 5 to 8 pm at Venue on Madison, 1905 Madison Ave, Huntington. Please leave an online condolence for the family on her tribute wall.
