Kirsten Lacy Bagley, 78, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 13th at 11:00 a.m. at Enslow Park Presbyterian Church with Pastor Rodrigo Almeida officiating. The family will receive friends after 10:00 a.m. at the church.

She was born on July 18, 1947, in Washington, D.C., daughter of the late William Sterling Byrd Lacy and Kirsten Lacy. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Gordon and Sterling Lacy.

Kirsten was a devoted member of Enslow Park Presbyterian Church, where she sang in the choir. She was also a proud Master Gardener, sharing her love of plants and nature with those around her.

She is survived by her husband, Charles Frank Bagley III; two sons, Charles Frank Bagley IV and wife, Lena, of Virginia Beach, VA, and Gordon Thomas Bagley of Charleston, SC; and two grandchildren, Charles Frank Bagley V and Hayden Bagley.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial contributions to Enslow Park Presbyterian Church.
