Karen Lee (Kennedy) Treadway

Karen Lee Treadway, 71 of Ona, WV, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born July 23, 1953 in Oak Hill, WV to the late Jimmy Lee and Betty Jo (Miller) Kennedy. On January 27, 1975 she married Rickey Allen Treadway in Oak Hill.

Karen was a member of Huntington First Church of the Nazarene. She loved her family and church family, as well as animals and painting.

Karen is survived by her loving husband, Rickey "Rick" Allen Treadway of Ona; children, Carly (Wesley) Kimlin of Mt. Nebo, WV and Marshall Treadway of Oak Hill; grandchildren, Krislyn Holden of Lewisburg, WV and Ashleigh Wills of Pasadena, TX, and a sister, Cindy (Mike) Froman of Jasper, GA.

A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 12 Noon at Huntington First Church of the Nazarene, with a meal to follow in the Family Life Center.
