Joyce Ann Stein

Joyce Ann Stein, 75 of Huntington, WV went to be with the Lord on Thursday November 7, 2013 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at Beard Mortuary with Rev. Jerry Chapman and Scott Stein officiating. Burial will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park.  She was born October 27, 1938 in Huntington, WV, daughter of the late Ira Ralph and Norma Harler Burgess. She was a nail technician in Huntington for many years. She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Barbara Poston and Marty Wright and two brothers, Robert "Bob" Burgess and David Allen Burgess.  Joyce was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and special friend to all. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Larry I. Stein; a daughter, Stephanie (Greg) Roquet of Huntington; three sons, Richard (Amanda) Kinkead of Staunton, VA; Larry Scott (Sherri) Stein of Monroe, NC and Mark Stein of Hickory, NC; grandchildren, Todd (Melissa) Young, Tiffani (Mike) Dial, Aaron (Shellie) Kinkead, Matthew (Molly) Kinkead, Bradley Kinkead, Ryan Roquet, Aaron Roquet, Zane Roberts, Peyton Caplette, Alicia (Mike) Swann, Amy Stein, Michael Stein, Nicholas Stein and Jacob Stein; great grandchildren, Nathan Young, Hayden Young, Bryson Swann, Emma "Joyce" Swann, Weston Swann, Emily Dial and Preston Dial; two sisters, Nancy (Al) Bacon and Jeyenne Burgess of Barboursville, WV and a host of nieces and nephews including a special niece, Sheila Hartke.
