Joshua Floyd Loftis

Joshua Floyd Loftis, 34 of Huntington, WV passed away on March 23, 2023.  A celebration of life service will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Beard Mortuary with Pastor Dennis Morrello officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.  He was born December 22, 1988 at Huntington, WV, a son of James Thomas Loftis and Sharon Kay Gue Parris and husband Neal.  Joshua was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church and formerly worked at the Huntington City Mission.  In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons, Floyd Loftis of Powhatan, VA and Braden Sweeney of Dalton, GA; five brothers, James Loftis of Rome, GA, Jonathan Loftis (Aleshia) of Chatsworth, GA, Justin Loftis of Huntington, Jeremiah Loftis (Elizabeth) of Huntington and Jacob Loftis of Huntington; one step-sister, Debra Parris of Chatsworth, GA.
