JOHN SYLVESTER HENRY, 73, of Lesage, passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Born March 17, 1942 in Lesage, he was a son of the late Lester Henry and Margaret Jeffers. He is survived by his wife, Jamie Elizabeth Smith Henry; his children, Jana (Michael) Casey of Lesage, James (Bobbi) Henry of Ona and John Henry of Lesage; his siblings, Irvin Henry of Lesage, Mart (Doris) Henry of Lesage, Bobby (Juanita) Henry of Glenwood, WV, Mary Earwood of Huntington, Betty Mills of Huntington, Garnet (Eric) Jarrell of Huntington and Faye Holley of Huntington; his grandchildren, Michael, Jack, Cheyenne, Frankie, Jonathan, Jadyn, Morgan, Logan, Morgan; his great-grandchildren, Haley, Kendall, Eli, and Lucas; and his great-great-grandchild, Jaylese. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Beard Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Gordon Rutherford, officiating.
