Jerome George Harold

JEROME GEORGE HAROLD, 98, of Guyandotte went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at his home.  Funeral services will be conducted at Noon Friday at Beard Mortuary with Pastor Candace Sturgill officiating.  Entombment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.  Mr. Harold was born on December 28, 1914 in Minneapolis, MN to the late George and Frances Willard (Keeler) Harold.  He united in marriage to Leta Roberts Harold who preceded him in death in 1989.  He was a long time member of the Norwood Free Methodist Church in Huntington.  Jerome retired after 30+ years of service in sales from Huntington Battery and Wellington Auto Parts.  Survivors include two daughters Janet Browning and Nancy Pulliam both of Huntington. Additional survivors include a brother Donald Harold, 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren along with a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Harold was preceded in death by two sisters Marjorie Harold and Patricia Tuvesen along with 1 grandchild.  Visitation will be from 11am until time of service Friday at Beard Mortuary.  Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.beardmortuary.com.
