Jamie Lynnette Dempsey

Dempsey, Jamie L., 47 of Huntington, W.Va., passed away March 5, 2024. She was born March 16, 1976 in Huntington to David Allen and Alice Kay Dempsey.

Jamie's favorite thing to do was to spend time with her grandbabies.

She was preceded in death by her mother. She is survived by her children, Catherine Dempsey, Tiana Anitra Dempsey, Justyce Makaya Johnson and Jalyn Malek Dempsey; grandchildren, Channing Dement, Maisyn Dement and Chasyn Rawlins; her father, David A. Dempsey; brothers, David L. (Cindy) Dempsey and Anthony Cudd; sister, Jenine (Freddie) Fugate and nieces and nephews, Brittany Dempsey, Damien Dempsey, Devin Chatterton, Abrian Adkins, Alycia Dempsey, Dayjah Dempsey, Cameron Stone, Bryson Hatfield, Luka Dempsey and Killian Johnson.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, March 11, 2024 at 2 PM at Beard Mortuary with Pastor Edison Hager officiating. Visitation will be before the services from 1 PM to 2 PM.
