Jack M. Gillespie, Iii

Jack M. Gillespie, III, 70 of Lesage, W.Va., passed away Monday, May 27, 2024 at Huntington Health & Rehabilitation Center.  He was born July 18, 1953 in Huntington to the late Jack M. Gillespie, Jr. and Lois Gillespie.

Jack made his home with his sister in Lesage after the passing of their parents. He was a car enthusiast who frequently went to car shows and loved to build and paint model cars. Jack enjoyed going on walks with his dog Lilly and being out on his porch in his rocking chair.  He also loved church, making friends and being around family, including having Sunday dinner with his entire family.

Jack is survived by his sister, Jane A. (John M.) Meadows; nieces, Masheala M. Meadows, Morgan L. Meadows and Madison J. Meadows and great niece and nephew (Morgan's daughter and son), Emma R. Asbury and Carter Asbury.  He is also survived by his beloved dog, Lilly.
