Howard Robbin Reagan, 73 of Huntington, passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Medical Center following a short illness, and was taken into the arms of his heavenly father Friday, February 6, 2009. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, February 9, 2009 at Spring Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Mobayed officiating. Howard was born May 20, 1935 in Huntington, WV and was the son of the late Howard Knole Reagan and Nellie Moore Robbins. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Howard was preceded in death by his lovely wife of 50 years Betty Jo Reagan, three sisters: Gloria Reagan, Frances Reagan, and Dorothy Beseler. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Robbin and Minda Reagan, a daughter and son-in-law Lorrie and Jeffrey Bills, sons Edward and Joseph Reagan; and five grandchildren, Jon and James Reagan, Jenna and Jacob Bills, all of Huntington, WV and Jodi Reagan of Charlotte, NC. He is also survived by one brother, Phillip Reagan of California, and one sister, Barbara Lewis of Huntington, WV. Howard was an All-State Band Member at Barboursville High School, coached Little League Baseball, and retired with 40 years of service to BASF as an Engineer. He enjoyed music, gardening, fishing, boating, and was a general outdoorsman. Beard Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
