Gerald Herbert Dalton

Gerald H. Dalton 67, of Huntington, WV went to be with the Lord on Monday February 15, 2010 at his residence.  Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 PM at Beard Mortuary with Rev. Ron Burnsworth officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery.  He was born December 16, 1942 in Huntington, a son of the late George Washington and Ruth Chapman Dalton.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his twin brother, George H. Dalton, a brother Robert Dalton; sister Iona Folk; step-sisters, Dolly and Kitty; and step-mother, Rhonda Dalton. He retired with 37 years of service with the WV-American Water Company. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Flora Robinson Dalton; his children, Susan Michele (Scott Theiler), Gerald Christopher (Kathy) and Dedra Dannielle and step-sons Michael and Kevin Pauley; grandchildren, Michael David, Jessica Nicole, Alaina and Ariana; sisters, Brenda Rose and Shirley Henson; step-sisters, Laura, Marie, Angie, Della, Cheryl, Lynn and Barbara and step-brother, Paul David Pennington.
