Francis Xavier Weiler

Frank X. Weiler Jr., age 75 of Huntington, WV passed away on Wednesday June 10, 2015 at St. Mary's Medical Center. His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Fr. Dean Borgmeyer officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Cemetery. Frank was born October 16, 1939 in Huntington, WV the son of the late Francis Xavier Weiler, Sr and Kathryn Kearney Weiler. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Catherine "Sweetie" K. Weiler.  He was a graduate of Huntington East High School and attended Marshall University. He retired as general manager from Weiler Steel. Frank was an avid runner, biker and swimmer. He is survived by his sisters and brothers, James J. (Betty) Weiler, II of Huntington; Mary Jane Rose of The Villages, FL; Frances T. Johnson of Logan, WV; Claire Marie Earl, Charles A. Weiler, Ruth E. Dascoli, Carole A. Dawson and John D. (Betsy) Weiler all of Huntington; he is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, Pallottine Sisters, and many special friends and associates.  Memorial contributions may be made in Frank's name to the Pallottine Sisters Retirement Fund, 2900 1st Avenue, Huntington, WV 25702.  To send online condolences, visit www.beardmortuary.com.
