Frances Lee Triplett

FRANCES LEE TRIPLETT, 72, of Chesapeake, OH, widow of James O. Triplett, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2010 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born on May 29, 1937 in Logan, WV. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her mother, Ida Mae Smith; and two brothers, Tom Carter and Claude Smith. She is survived by one son, Frank Brumfield of Chesapeake, OH; two daughters, Serena (Scott) Collins of Lavalette and Alice (Jason) Smith of Huntington; one brother, Lawrence Smith of Holiday, FL; and seven grandchildren: Zach Forbush, Shannon Forbush, Leslie Collins, Victoria Blankenship, Samuel Collins, Courtney Pieta and Savannah Brumfield; and a host of other family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Beard Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor William Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. Friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at the mortuary.
