Everette "Lee" Downey

EVERETTE "LEE" DOWNEY, 74 of Huntington, passed away on Thursday September 1, 2016. He was born August 22, 1942 in Augusta Springs, Va. He was preceded in death by his father, Matthew Templeton Downey, his mother, Juanita Bostic Adkins and a step-father who raised him, Linville Adkins. He was an Air Force Veteran and was retired from Inco Alloys International. He is survived by four daughters, Tara (Greg) Varney, Casey Lewis, Alice (Tom) Downey-Hunter and Nicci (Jenny) Downey all of Huntington; grandchildren, Jamie, Crystal, Amber, Carrie, Waldo and Morgan; great grandchildren, Wyatt, Josie, Jerome, Aryah, Brandon, Christina, Ashton, Kirsten, Kaleb, Gannon and a great grandson soon to be born;he is also survived by his former wife and mother of his children, Barbara Downey of Huntington and his special dog, Jolene and a host of friends.
