Emy Lou Riley

Emy Lou Riley, 86 of Huntington, WV passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at Cabell-Huntington Hospital. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1:00 p.m. at Beard Mortuary with Rev. Cinda Harkless officiating. Inurnment will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. She was born July 1, 1932 in Youngstown, OH the daughter of the late Don and Ann Thompson Montgomery. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John M. Riley and a sister, Marjorie Pollock. She was a member of Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church.  Emy was retired from the Cabell County Board of Education. She taught at Lincoln Jr. High and Gallaher Elementary Schools. She is survived by a daughter, Lou Ann Riley of Huntington; sons, Doug Riley and Sherry Corbett of Huntersville, NC and Greg Riley and wife, Diane of Ona, WV and two grandchildren, Rachel and Matthew.  Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Beverly Hills Presbyterian Church or The Village of Riverview/Activities Dept.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.beardmortuary.com.
