DONALD SCOTT BARTRAM, 78, of Huntington, WV passed away Monday June 9, 2014 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Beard Mortuary, Huntington. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery. He was born October 7, 1935 in Lawrence County, KY the son of the late Bromley and Ruth Peters Bartram.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Phillip John Bartram and a stepson, David Meek.  Donald was a life member of the Elks Lodge #313; he was a 50 year member of Apperson Lodge 195 F. & A.M.; a member of Apperson Chapter #81 R.A.M.; Everett Council #65 R. & S.M.; Ashland Comandry No. 28 Knights Templer, Ashland, KY; he was a 32nd Degree Mason Valley of Covington Orient of Kentucky and a member of El Hasa Shrine, Ashland, KY. He was former past president of the Teamsters Local 505 and was the former president of the Farmers Market. He is survived by his wife, Joanne Smith Bartram; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeffery Scott and Katrina Bartram of Prestonsburg, KY; a sister, Janet Crabtree; a niece, Renee Crabtree (Dwight) Schmidt and two great-nephews, Clate Conner and Clark Douglas Schmidt, all of Atlanta, GA.
