Delores Ann Anderson

Delores Ann Anderson, 80, of Huntington, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at the Heartland of Riverview in South Point, OH. Born on May 25, 1937 in Huntington, she was a daughter of the late William Myers and Myrtle McComas Myers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Eugene Paul Anderson; siblings, William Myers, Edward Myers, James Myers, Francis Myers and her great-granddaughter, Maya Sisco. Delores was a member of the VFW Post 9738 Women's Auxillary in Guyandotte and the Owner of Perfect Printing in Huntington. Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother who loved her family. Delores is survived by her children, Vanessa Gayle (David) Hinchman of Huntington, Sonja Gene Anderson of Huntington and Eugene Paul Anderson II of Huntington; siblings, Sandra (Herman) Conner of Brighton, MI and Larry (Frances) Myers of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Serinity (Dwayne) Sisco of Scott Depot, Joshua Vanover of Indiana Harbour Beach, FL, Seth (Grisel) Vanover of Carona, CA, Brandon Thomas of Huntington, Cortney Anderson of Barboursville and Ashlee Anderson of Waco, TX; great-grandchildren, Kaitlin Vanover of Indiana Harbour Beach, FL, Gavin Vanover of Scott Depot, Riley Sisco of Charleston and Piper Sisco of Scott Depot; great-great-granddaughter, Delilah Lemon; brothers and sisters-in-law, Dorcas Craig of Lesage, Darrell (Venita) Anderson of Huntington and Sharrell (Pam) Anderson of Huntington; her beloved dogs, Misty, Maxwell and Zoe, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. The family will welcome friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at Beard Mortuary in Huntington. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Monday, March 19, 2018 at the funeral home, with Rev. Julia Bolling, officiating. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville.
