Daniel Paul Smith

Daniel Paul Smith, 81 of Dallas, TX formerly of Huntington, WV passed away Thursday, July 18, 2024. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 27, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. at Beard Mortuary. Graveside service will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Teays Valley, WV. He was born October 18, 1942, in Huntington, the son of the late Raymond Foster and Evelyn Overcash Smith. He was also preceded in death by a two brothers, Charles Cecil Smith and Randy Smith and a niece, Sara Elizabeth Smith. Dan retired after many years as a Stockbroker. He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Robin Smith of Huntington and three nieces, Nora (Dennis) Ball, Melissa Jeffers (Brent Jarvis), and Bonnie Taylor; nephews, Rodney, Rusty, Brad and Clyde Smith; several great nieces and great-nephews.
