Clara Idora Knight, 97, of Milton, WV, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2026, at Emogene Dolin Hospice House.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 6th at 12:00 p.m. at First Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Marc Price officiating. Burial will follow at Bicker Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

She was born June 6, 1928, in Milton, WV, the only child of the late Elmer L. and Mary E. Adams Miller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 58 years, James T. Knight, in 2011.

Mrs. Knight married her husband in 1953 following his return from service in the U.S. Army in Korea. She was a faithful member of First Church of the Nazarene, where she and her husband were very active for many years.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Lee Ann Billups Blevins and her husband, Dennis, of Kenova, WV; as well as dear friends, Cindy and Rob Holley of Milton.
