Beverly Jean Ash

BEVERLY JEAN ASH, 79, of Lesage, widow of Bernard Ash, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born on February 22, 1936 in Huntington, a daughter of the late James Rhodes and Clara Crawford Miller. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Jo Lawson. She is survived by daughters, Sherry (Rich) Wolfe of Indian Trail, NC and Karen (Ruben) Olvera of Fontana, CA; son, David (Amanda) Ash of Ona; sister, Carolyn (Billy) Kimbrough of La Marque, TX; brother, James Rhodes of Utah; grandchildren, Melissa Longo, Ultima Andrews, Jason Lawson, Lauren Andrews, Christopher Lawson, Taylor Wolfe, Branden Ash, Brian Ash and Kristen Ash; and twelve great-grandchildren. Mrs. Ash was a member of Community Holiness Chapel in Lesage. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, July 27, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Beard Mortuary, Huntington, with Pastor Phillip Bowen officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Memorial Park in Milton.
