Belva Lee Walls

BELVA LEE WALLS age 87 of Proctorville, OH passed away on Thursday January 17, 2013 at St. Mary's Medical Center.  Services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at Rome Cemetery Mausoleum with Rev. Bethel Wall officiating. Entombment will follow. The family will receive friends after 12:30 at the Mausoleum. She was born March 23, 1925 in Salt Rock, WV a daughter of the late Boyd and Disa Kirk Harless. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death her husband, Willie M. "Bill" Walls, Jr., a sister, Marie Davis and brothers, Howard and Talmage Harless. She was the former owner of the Merle Norman Studio, Charleston, WV. She was a member of the Waterloo #447 Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by her children, Pamela Spurlock of Beaufort, SC; Michael Farley of Willow Wood, OH and Wynona Johnson of Charleston, WV; six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of friends including a very special friend and neighbor, Dwayne Bench, who has shown much love and support to Belva and her family over the years. Beard Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.  We shall forever return to the arms of those we love, whether our parting be overnight or over death.
