Barbara Ann Capron, 83, of Ona, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington. Born July 29, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Sparks Scaggs. There will be no visitation or service.
