ADDIE IRENE BOWMAN CLARY, 89, of Lesage, widow of Fred Clary, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2012 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born on February 20, 1922 in Scottown, OH, a daughter of the late John and Ena Chesne Bowman. In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a grandson, Scot Hemann, brothers, Irvin, Alvin, Homer Jack, Jesse Vea, Otho and Johnny Bowman; sisters Mary Clary and Virginia Cleveland Mynes. She was a member of 26th Street Church of Christ. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Paul Hemann of Lesage; granddaughter and her husband, Amy and Rob Henry of Cincinnati, OH; a great-grandson, the light of her life, Matthew Henry of Cincinnati. She is also survived by many special nieces and nephews including Michael Clary of San Antonio, TX; Marilyn Benedict of Goose Creek, SC; John Cleveland of Huntington; Joyce Cleveland of Huntington, Earlene McComas, Karen Bowman, Dean Sturgeon, Gerri Chapman and Judy Vititoe. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Beard Mortuary with Pastor Allen Cole officiating. Burial will follow at Greenbottom Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before the service at the mortuary.
