Charles Lee Wills, Jr., 83, of Huntington, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018 at Wyngate Senior Living Community in Barboursville. Born on April 4, 1934 in Huntington, he was the son of the late Charles Lee Wills, Sr. and Temperance Ellis Wills. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce B. Wills; his son, Craig Alan Wills; sister, Sarah E. Wills Copley and his brother, James “Tommy” Wills. Charles was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from Huntington Alloys. He was a member of Harmony United Methodist Church. Charles was also a member of INCO Quarter Century club, Huntington Rifle & Pistol Club, was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association and was very active in the East Huntington Kiwanis club. Charles is survived by his son, Charles Lee Wills III of Huntington and his brother, David E. (Margaret) Wills of Huntington. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Monday evening at Beard Mortuary in Huntington. Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at the funeral home, with Rev. Phil Wilson, officiating. Mausoleum entombment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Barboursville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Charles’ honor to a charity of your choice.
